LDS LIFE COACHING Coaches are independent professionals, certified to facilitate the Claritypoint Gospel Based Coaching process, a time-tested, proven coaching process that helps anyone improve their self-esteem and relationships. These coaches were all personally trained by Coach Kim Giles (from KSL.com) in her program.
Coaching is a good alternative to counseling for many people (especially those, who are not suffering from from addiction or mental illness), but who need some professional help in positive thinking, self-esteem, relationship skills, or parenting. Some who have moderate (not severe) depression and anxiety have also done really well with our program. As coaches, we provide skills and tools, to help people make changes in their lives, and fast.
We help clients understand the gospel in new way. One that builds self-esteem, teaches valuable communication and relationships skills, and helps people break through the fears that hold them back from creating the lives they want.
