Lead with Love Coaching/LGBTQ+ and families
Hello! My name is Sarah Matthews. I am a Clarity Point Certified Life Coach at Lead with Love Coaching.
I am also a mother, a spouse, and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ. I am a friend and an ally dedicated to helping others see their true value and worth. I work with parents, young adults, and teens who are navigating LGBTQ+, Neuro-divergent, and Mental Health challenges who want to improve their relationships through trust, love, and dignity.
I received a degree in child development and English literature from the University of Utah. I have spent the last 20 years teaching children, teens and parents from all walks of life, from both local and international communities. I have been able to work with parents, children, teens, and young adults who have special needs, are neuro-diverse, are struggling with anxiety and depression, and who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am excited to utilize the amazing principles found in the Clarity Point program to help you discover your true amazing self.
My goal in coaching is to provide a safe space for self-discovery, where you can move from a place of fear, to a fearless place of trust. My hope is coaching with me will allow you to discover your own abiding value and worth, help you let go of shame and gain the skills necessary to build relationships of trust throughout every aspect of your life and create the life you desire to have.
I invite you to come along with me. Together we can walk without fear, trust in the journey, and lead confidently with love.
I currently reside in Utah. I have many virtual or in-person coaching options available. Take the leap and start your coaching journey with me today!

HOW COACHING WORKS
FIRST - Set up one introductory appointment with a Coach and give coaching a try. See if you like it and the Claritypoint approach.
If you like it, you have a couple options:
Small Group Coaching - These groups have 4-6 women or men. The sessions are done by conference call, every other week for six months. (So you can do the program from the comfort of your home.)You spend 1.5-2 hours with your coach learning the material, having discussions and experiences together as a group. You also have daily homework in between sessions. This consists of a small reading assignment and some journal writing. Many people love the group format because they learn so much from each other and make some great friends. This is the most inexpensive way to experience coaching.
Executive Life Coaching - You can work with a coach one on one, meeting weekly to experience the Claritypoint process in it's most life changing format. You will gain rock-solid self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, time management, motivation repair, and cure your fear of failure forever. This process will be customized to fit your specific needs and schedule.
