After returning home from her LDS mission in Madrid, Spain, Sydney attended Utah State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Development and Family Studies. With over 10 years of experience working with kids of all ages as a nanny and an educator, she is passionate about finding joy in both the good and bad of motherhood.

With a deep desire to be a mother herself, she was so excited to see her first positive pregnancy test. She was even more blown away when she was told she was having identical twin boys at her first appointment. At her 16 week appointment she was devastated when she was told that neither baby had survived the pregnancy, which resulted in a D&C miscarriage.

As the news and reality set in, new depths of sadness and pain led to issues including postpartum depression and anxiety. Even after receiving her second positive pregnancy test a year later, the news brought some joy but more anxiety and worry, which continued until she was able to finally hold her beautiful baby girl safely in her arms.

Sydney loves her role as a mom and deals with the everyday pressures that come with the job. She feels the deep love and deep fatigue. Feeling lost, uncertain, and anxious in her career and personal life, she wondered who she was other than a mom.

She has navigated the challenges that come with having children, had to overcome self-doubt and insecurities, implement positive parenting skills, and through coaching, has been able to step into her true self. Even with the good days and the bad, she finds peace and wisdom in her mindset, and truly loves her life.

FIRST - Set up one introductory appointment with a Coach and give coaching a try. See if you like it and the Claritypoint approach.

If you like it, you have a couple options:

Small Group Coaching - These groups have 4-6 women or men. The sessions are done by conference call, every other week for six months. (So you can do the program from the comfort of your home.)You spend 1.5-2 hours with your coach learning the material, having discussions and experiences together as a group. You also have daily homework in between sessions. This consists of a small reading assignment and some journal writing.  Many people love the group format because they learn so much from each other and make some great friends.  This is the most inexpensive way to experience coaching.

Executive Life Coaching - You can work with a coach one on one, meeting weekly to experience the Claritypoint process in it's most life changing format.  You will gain rock-solid self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, time management, motivation repair, and cure your fear of failure forever. This process will be customized to fit your specific needs and schedule.
