I have only known Jenn for a few short months, however I feel it as if I have known how much longer. We have had many deep and lengthy conversations during our short friendship and I feel connected to her in a way I have not with many other people. She is incredibly easy to talk to you and listens without judgment or assumptions. Instead she listens and offers insightful insights and observations. I have felt comfortable opening up to her about things I have not spoken to others about in years and loved her a gentle loving kindness as we spoke. I believe I could talk to Jenny about anything and I would come away with greater clarity and direction. She is warm, inviting and I believe leaves all those she encounters feeling better about their circumstances and themselves. When I am around her I can feel of her genuine care and love for me. I feel honored to call her my friend.

I have known Jenny for several years. She is the type of person that everyone looks up to because she has a quiet strength that glows from her inside out and we all want to know her secrets. She has been through a variety of life experiences which has helped sculpted her into a wise, loving and understanding person. Another quality that I admire about her is that with everything she does, she jumps in with two feet and a smile.

Jenn has such a willing heart of compassion and service. I have watched her learn to be whole and healthy in her own life and now see her wanting to reach out to others to share the same. She has listened to my brokenness and not judged or chastened me for not being stronger or better. She is a safe person to lean on for learning and love. I see her wanting to serve in the community using her talent of responsibility and organization. She is a dear friend and I love her and trust her and feel safe to be honest with who I am around her.

FIRST - Set up one introductory appointment with a Coach and give coaching a try. See if you like it and the Claritypoint approach.

If you like it, you have a couple options:

Small Group Coaching - These groups have 4-6 women or men. The sessions are done by conference call, every other week for six months. (So you can do the program from the comfort of your home.)You spend 1.5-2 hours with your coach learning the material, having discussions and experiences together as a group. You also have daily homework in between sessions. This consists of a small reading assignment and some journal writing.  Many people love the group format because they learn so much from each other and make some great friends.  This is the most inexpensive way to experience coaching.

Executive Life Coaching - You can work with a coach one on one, meeting weekly to experience the Claritypoint process in it's most life changing format.  You will gain rock-solid self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, time management, motivation repair, and cure your fear of failure forever. This process will be customized to fit your specific needs and schedule.
