Navigating life as a professional LDS mid-single is not an easy task, but I know that our lives have purpose. Through the Clarity Point program, I was able to discover my purpose and trust that even though my dreams (e.g., having my own eternal family) seem to be in the distance future, there is still so much joy in the journey. The Clarity Point program is unique in that it provides tools and strategies that I actively use on a daily basis. I can truly say that not only did my professional life improve through this

program, but also my personal life. I was able to find my passion, reduce stress, and maximize my productivity at work. I was able to overcome fears, find direction, improve relationships, and basically get a grip on life. I went from being hopeless and discouraged, to having clarity, joy, understanding, and appreciation for where I am on my journey through life.

“Life is to be enjoyed not just endured”

-- Gordon B. Hinckley

Through the ClarityPoint program, my life has changed for the better, and I know yours can too. I would love to guide you through the process.

HOW COACHING WORKS

FIRST - Set up one introductory appointment with a Coach and give coaching a try. See if you like it and the Claritypoint approach.

If you like it, you have a couple options:

Small Group Coaching - These groups have 4-6 women or men. The sessions are done by conference call, every other week for six months. (So you can do the program from the comfort of your home.)You spend 1.5-2 hours with your coach learning the material, having discussions and experiences together as a group. You also have daily homework in between sessions. This consists of a small reading assignment and some journal writing.  Many people love the group format because they learn so much from each other and make some great friends.  This is the most inexpensive way to experience coaching.

Executive Life Coaching - You can work with a coach one on one, meeting weekly to experience the Claritypoint process in it's most life changing format.  You will gain rock-solid self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, time management, motivation repair, and cure your fear of failure forever. This process will be customized to fit your specific needs and schedule.
