“2 years ago I came to Clarity Point coaching as a struggling client. My life had been turned upside down with challenges that were not in my control. I was searching for a way to find peace and to find happiness again. From the moment I began this program I knew my life was about to change. The principles and skills I learned were slowly refining me. Each week I found greater clarity and truth about myself, my life, and those around me. I am more confident today and I have discovered a greater capacity to love myself and a greater desire to show up in love for others. I have gained a deeper spiritual understanding of my relationship with my Father in Heaven. Most of all I have learned to be empowered. I am creating the person I want to be and the life I want. I would love to help you too!”

“There is no better listener than Andria! Sometimes the best guidance comes from someone who will just listen to you talk and talk and talk. Andria never judged my “mess”. I felt nothing but love and support from her while I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. Andria didn’t just listen to me though, she somehow knew the right questions to ask to help me sort out my jumbled thoughts. There are a few people I can confide in and she is my #!! I would not be the strong mama I am without her!!”

"It's easy for me to recommend Andria. I have known her for 19 years both professionally and as a friend. She is the person I go to with problems, stress, worries and joys. She brings such a calm to each and every concern of mine. Andria knows how to see my story from every perspective. She has great way of giving me constructive advice without overwhelming or discouraging me. She does this mainly by pointing out the good, positive things and focusing on them. Not to say that she leaves out the negative or the things I can still work on though. She is able to carefully and sensitively give me suggestions without coming across as demeaning or belittling. It is a quality that I find very scarce in the world today. I appreciate her gentle and truly sincere advice to better me and to really focus on the things I do well. I will be forever grateful to have her as my confidant, mentor, colleague and friend and unequivocally recommend her to anyone who needs a non-judgmental, listening ear and sound advice."

"Watching Andria's girls grow up has been such inspiration to me. It has shown me how I want to raise my own daughters. Her daughters are becoming strong, independent, self-aware, and beautiful women. Andria has raised daughters who value themselves and are not afraid to be who they are. I have often struggled with self-doubt and low self-esteem and Andria helps me see my potential. Andria seems to always remind me what is truly important. Andria has a way with remembering what is going on and checks in to make sure things are going well. Andria makes someone feel important, even when there are so many other people vying for her attention. Andria is one of the kindest people I know!"

"A little over two years ago, my world changed in a blink of an eye, when my baby brother passed away unexpectedly. He was 27 years old and was one of my closest friends. Andria was living in North Carolina at that time and we instantly became friends (it's hard not to with her). I can't put into words the strength, compassion and support that Andria showed me during this difficult time. She had also lost her brother many years before and could relate to what I was going through. As I look back at that time in my life, I see Andria as one of my biggest supporters (and she still is today). She listens with her whole heart and knows just what to say. She is truly a great friend, one you can always count on to be your cheerleader during both the great times and the difficult times in life."

HOW COACHING WORKS
FIRST - Set up one introductory appointment with a Coach and give coaching a try. See if you like it and the Claritypoint approach.
If you like it, you have a couple options:
Small Group Coaching - These groups have 4-6 women or men. The sessions are done by conference call, every other week for six months. (So you can do the program from the comfort of your home.)You spend 1.5-2 hours with your coach learning the material, having discussions and experiences together as a group. You also have daily homework in between sessions. This consists of a small reading assignment and some journal writing. Many people love the group format because they learn so much from each other and make some great friends. This is the most inexpensive way to experience coaching.
Executive Life Coaching - You can work with a coach one on one, meeting weekly to experience the Claritypoint process in it's most life changing format. You will gain rock-solid self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, time management, motivation repair, and cure your fear of failure forever. This process will be customized to fit your specific needs and schedule.
