Strength for Women in challenging relationships

Amy loves helping women recognize their worth and find strength and peace in challenging relationships or after leaving them.

Having experienced the pain and terror of high conflict marriage and divorce, she understands the fear you may be experiencing in your challenging relationship. She knows the heaviness you carry and the incessant feelings of guilt and shame that control your every thought. She can relate to the feelings of alienation and separation to the world around you.

As women, we tend to feel the need to nurture and fix all that is wrong in the world. We carry the weight of trying to please everyone in our space. We put a large amount of pressure on ourselves to be perfect. When we find ourselves in a difficult and challenging relationship, these feelings only tend to intensify.

We feel as though we are to blame, that we are the problem. We may try to foolishly meet the expectations of others while neglecting our own needs. As women we see ourselves as failures, that we are never good enough and that we will never measure up. We feel inadequate, unheard, invisible and we truly begin to feel as though something is profoundly wrong with us. This can be overwhelming, and a place where we can get stuck and unsure where to go or what to do.

You don’t have to live this way!

It is possible to gain clarity, strength, and peace amidst these difficult challenges. You have a voice and can find your strength and live fearlessly and Amy is here and able to assist you.

During your one on one sessions with Amy, you will find a safe place which will allow you to open the doors to new ways of thinking, and new skills and tools that will help you to live a life of confidence and happiness.

TESTIMONIALS

"Amy is one of the most amazing women I know, and she knows first hand the challenges many women face in hard relationships. Having been the victim of abuse and being a survivor herself, Amy knows exactly what women need to gain the strength and confidence lost in these high conflict relationships. She is wise and caring, and can give anyone the skills and tools they need to create a happier future in or out of their current situation. I highly recommend Amy!"  - Kim Giles

HOW COACHING WORKS

FIRST - Set up one introductory appointment with a Coach and give coaching a try. See if you like it and the Claritypoint approach.

If you like it, you have a couple options:

Small Group Coaching - These groups have 4-6 women or men. The sessions are done by conference call, every other week for six months. (So you can do the program from the comfort of your home.)You spend 1.5-2 hours with your coach learning the material, having discussions and experiences together as a group. You also have daily homework in between sessions. This consists of a small reading assignment and some journal writing.  Many people love the group format because they learn so much from each other and make some great friends.  This is the most inexpensive way to experience coaching.

Executive Life Coaching - You can work with a coach one on one, meeting weekly to experience the Claritypoint process in it's most life changing format.  You will gain rock-solid self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, time management, motivation repair, and cure your fear of failure forever. This process will be customized to fit your specific needs and schedule.
